COVID - 19 Update


Hey FitFam!

We thank you for your unwavering support and understanding for the past few weeks of the ECQ period. As we move onward to the GCQ period, we would like to continue keeping you fit by being more efficient in our operational processes, and at the same time, also be able to attend to the welfare of our team. 

With our eyes set beyond this COVID-19 situation, for us to be able to serve you for a very long time, a sustainable work environment for the whole PlayHard Team is a must.

And so, starting May 3, 2020, we are implementing the following:

  • Operating hours: Monday to Saturday, 8 AM - 7 PM
    • Inquiries can still be done through FB and IG (@playhard.fitness), and email (sales@playhardfitness.ph) from 8 AM to 7 PM. Please do not expect a reply beyond said hours.
    • Delivery schedule will follow operating hours. NO SUNDAY DELIVERIES.
      • Lead time: 1-3 days upon payment
      • Shipping fee is shouldered by the customer. See policy
    • Website is always live.
      • You can always access and order at our website (playhardfitness.ph)
  • Cut-off of transactions: 5 PM
    • All transactions made beyond 5 PM will be processed on the next day.
    • If you ordered and paid at 5:01 PM, we will process this on the next day. You will get your orders the day after tomorrow.
  • Restock updates
    • If chosen item to order is out of stock, we can notify you once we’ve restocked through email.
      • Go to website, access desired product page
      • Click “NOTIFY WHEN AVAILABLE” under Sold Out button
      • Input email address
